15 and Counting!

This year marks the 15th anniversary of the founding of AspireHR.  When this company started, its goal was to be a different kind of consulting organization – the kind where consultants with a passion for customer satisfaction deliver real value to clients and meet commitments.  15 years later and I can proudly say that, yes, AspireHR does that.

AspireHR is growing up.  What started as a project in my guest bedroom has grown into a global enterprise with centuries of cumulative consulting experience and 198+ clients.  ahr_15years_infographic In 15 years, we’ve flown around the world 570 times and have reached almost 14,000,000 people with our proprietary software solutions!

A lot has changed in the world since our founding.  Flip phones were the height of cellular technology.  Computer monitors were deep.  Laptops were heavy and clunky.  The economy was booming.  People could smoke on airplanes.  Google was still a search engine at Stanford.  Now, if it ain’t handheld, ultra light, super convenient, or activated with an app, it ain’t cool.

SAP is growing up too.  With the purchase of SuccessFactors last year, the HRIT community has embraced a new way of thinking about and implementing projects.  The Cloud has become a viable alternative to onsite.

What hasn’t changed is our belief that the best way to do business is through dedication to our clients, making work fun, and knowing that the right people will provide the right results.

Come be a part of our 15th year.  It is going to be a good one!
